Strong Derby Contenders

Word around the barn has it that Street Sense has been working extremely well and he seems to be learning to shift into that extra gear (during his workouts) when he hits the stretch. Hmm...

Scat Daddy

I am not sure that Scat daddy can finish strongly as he stretches out to the more classic distances. He is going to have to step up in one of his next 2 races if he is going to be considered a top a contender for the Derby.

The Kentucky Derby picture

At this time it seems that the Kentucky Derby picture is as open as ever. Nobiz Like Showbiz did look great a couple of weeks ago and it would seem that he is everyone's probable favorite right now. However he might have some distance limitations? Circular Quay ran into some bad luck making his initail 3-year-old debut a few weeks ago but looked to be full of run.
