2 year-old MSW state breds sprinting on the turf. Can they make it any harder handicapping?

If this were Saratoga a few weeks back you'd have to have gone with the 1 Power Blast. Linda Rice with Andy Garcia. Didn't do anything first time out but it's a shorter distance. I think Thundering Roar is the most likely.

Since I'm alive in the double I'm going to play 2$ quins 8/6/ 8/4, 8/1, 8/9.

The 8 thundering Roar looks tough to handle with Henning/Marragh and that bullet on the dirt last week.

The short comment on Thundering Roar says split, caught late. So he must have had the lead inside the stretch at some point and got caught. Still a very good effort but was it taxing? I guess we'll see in a few minutes.

#7 Timber Cat just scratched, unseated rider and ranoff.

Holy Ego didn't show much first time out but sinse has a long string of good works on deeper/grass surfaces. Would be no surprise to land in the Exacta!

The 4 Flying Valentine is a great looking horse. They're off.

Linda Rice wins again, Thundering Roar didn't show much. Thats what I get for picking favorites.

Strong move by Power Blast. Might have a future. Flying Valentine also looked very good.
