I purchased a plan and did not receive a user name and password?

Once you purchase a plan through PayPal, your user name and password will be emailed to the email account associated with your PayPal account. This will usually happen within 5 minutes of purchasing a plan. If you think you have not received your user name and password, your junk email or spam controls may be filtering out email from unrecognized addresses. Check your junk email folder. To avoid this happening in the future add nickBorg@nickBorg.com to your list of allowed email addresses.

Note: If you have purchased a plan and received confirmation from PayPal but you haven't received your user name and password because your email program rejects unrecognized email addresses, try adding nickBorg@nickBorg.com to your list of allowed email addresses and then entering your email address in the "forgot password" window. This will generate a new email with your password. Your username is your email address.

How do I access Nick's selections?

When you purchase Nick's selections, a download link will be included in your confirmation email. You can also access the download link my going to your account online. Once you receive your user name and password via email, select the "View Account " link on the upper right side of the home page. You can also get to the account screen by clicking "view account " in the left navigation column. When you successfuly log-in, click the Transaction History link. Click the download link for the item you have purchased.

Note: If you do not see your current order listed in your account/view history and you have successfully submitted payment via PayPal, please email us promptly and we will ensure you receive your selections. nickborg@nickborg.com.

Your download link expires at midnight eastern time on the racing day you have purchased.
